Being alone is a state of being your self. It is actually healthy, since you need some little time away from others to plan and take some rest. Loneliness is a state experience by somebody. It is normal to feel lonely from time to time, but too much of it can  be unhealthy and sometimes dangerous. Feeling lonely or isolated can cause depression and other conditions like high blood pressure. Here are some tips to prevent loneliness.

# 1 Join a Club
It is quit okay to join a club that take parts in various activities such as writing, dancing, pottery, sports, etc. some activities in the club you may never tried before. But joining a club that interest you will make you interact with others and also try new things. You can even try by starting your own if your area doesn’t have any club that interest you. Someone is likely to share an interest in joining your club.  
#2 Visit a Shopping Mall
These days shopping mall lined up everywhere, especially in larger cities. They are great places to make new friends and also exchange contacts. While in mall you can compliment someone by helping him with his or her shopping basket or even a hand shake. Complimenting  someone is a good way to start up a conversation and might just make you a new friend.

When ever you feel lonely persistently, it may be a warning sign that you are missing something essential in your life. So, figure  out what it is that you are missing. You may find out that  you isolated yourself intentionally or by design. Or you may be working in a career that doesn't allow for much one-on-one human intentionally. Or you do not have loved once or friends around you o talk to. Take positive steps to correct those loneliness. Taking a walk has been proven by some health experts benefits both for the body and the mind. Walking allows you to explore many other activities and helps you think than setting in a car. Take a different route than you usually do when taking a walk. Picking a random direction may be the best way to start it all.
